Field 5 east

This field forms part of an urban strip which needs to be developed with a great deal of character, since it forms the face of the site towards the city centre.

The field is reserved for office-like facilities and to a limited degree for short-stay possibilities as well. Due to the dimensions of this field, only small-scale buildings are possible here.

Grondbank The Loop has drawn up a land use plan, as required by the Spatial Implementation Plan. There have already been a number of discussions with the Urban Development services of the City of Ghent in order to prepare a plan that can be supported by all parties.

This land use plan will form the basis for the building permit application.
